- Do not throw any paper or other waste in the toilet.
- Do not leave food, food waste, general waste, dirty dishes, etc, in the open, inside or outside of the house. It attracts insects and animals. Ants will enter the house if there is any leftover food in the open.
- Do not bring any food in the bedroom.
- Wash any dishes, glasses, cooking basics, cutlery and other kitchen utensils you have used. Use the drying rack on the kitchen countertop to dry them, do not put them wet inside the cabinets and drawers.
- Take out the trash. There is a bin located at the parking area or outside the property gate on garbage collection days.
- Turn the air conditioning off when not in the house.
- If you have any windowsdoors open, then please keep the mosquito nets closed and turn the air conditioning off.
- Clean the sand from your feet before entering the guest house.
- Provided towels are for indoor bathroom use only and should not be taken to the beach.
- Smoking is not permitted indoors. Youre welcome to use the outdoor area if needed.
- Lost key fee 30€.
- Lost or damaged gate remote fee 30€.
